Breakfast Chef
We are looking to recruit an assistant breakfast chef to help organise our busy early morning breakfast operations at this award winning restaurant in Portmagee, Co. Kerry, Ireland. You will also be required to be involved in the preparation of meals for lunch.
The successful applicant will have 3-4 years’ experience and will be keen to progress within the kitchen.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and consistently show your ability to deliver the very highest quality food, you will be passionate about quality ingredients and always be looking to develop your skills as a chef. You will also be fully up to speed with all health & hygiene regulations. Fluent English is a requirement. Accommodation provided

Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who would like to become part of our team of chefs. We have a position available for you if you love working with food – especially seafood. We are located in a small fishing village where seafood plays a large part on the menu. We are looking for an energetic, motivated person who is willing to learn. Candidates must have perfectly fluent English, 4-5 years previous experience and must be keen to progress within our kitchen. All candidate must have completed HACCP Training.
