GUEST SERVICE / STAFF SUPERVISOR
This is a multi-skilled position, working across our restaurant and bar departments, ensuring a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
Guest Service Staff Supervisor key responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department.
- Supervise the activities of all Guest Service Staff ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are performing all duties to a consistently high standard.
- Serve food and drink in the premises whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service.
- Have a visible presence within the outlet to ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Training new staff to the standards and operating procedures of the business as well as co-operating with colleagues to enhance the guest experience at all times.
- Ensure all cash, charges, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company policy.
- To assist in the smooth running of the Food & Beverage outlets during shifts.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Should have previous supervisory experience.
- Must be self-motivated and self-confident in all aspects of guest relations.
- Must have the ability to prioritise and delegate work whilst also providing training and support.
- Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Must be standards driven and detail-orientated.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible with regards to hours.
- Must have excellent self-presentation and good command of English language.

Restaurant Supervisor
The ideal candidate will be:
Responsible for ensuring we exceed the expectations of our valued customers. We require the candidate to be flexible in the role with the ability to work evenings and weekends. This is an excellent development opportunity for a supervisor with a passion for food to build on their management skills in a busy and challenging environment. The day to day management and delivery of food and beverage service while adhering to all procedures as well as helping the team to introduce any new systems which may enhance guest experience. The management of the dining room; including set-up, seating of guests, allocation of stations, checking tables and standards. Responding to guests issues and handling through to resolution. Motivation and development of the team. Be flexible in your role and to assist in other departments when required. To provide regular feedback to team members through our team meetings.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a high volume hotel or restaurant environment,
- At least 1 of which was at supervisor or management level is essential.
- Experience in team management.
- Excellent front of house and attention to detail skills required.
- Strong people management and communication skills with both team members and guests.
- Previous experience in mentoring and training.

Front Office Assistant/Receptionist
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
- To have full and up to date knowledge of the hotel products and services.
- To ensure all telephone calls are handled politely and efficiently
- To handle all enquiries promptly, ensuring the customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient response that accurately meets their needs.
- To handle all reservations through different channels (via email//telephone/ website) efficiently.
- Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with great care and attention.
- Anticipates guests’ needs and takes them into consideration
- Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible
- To maintain departmental standards.
- Cover Reception or Reservations shifts as required per schedule
Candidates wishing to apply should have:
- At least one years prior experience in a four or five star hotel as a Reservations Agent or Receptionist
- System knowledge of Booking.com a requirement for this position
